26th Toronto International Film Festival Coverage: Day Four
Isn’t Sunday supposed to be a day of rest? Well it wasn’t that for the DigitalHit team as we had another busy day at the Festival.
Acting legend Glenn Close kicked off the day with the press conference for The Safety of Objects. That was followed by an hilarious press conference with Steve Martin and Helena Bonham Carter for David Atkins’ Novocaine.
We actually had time for a lunch today before heading back to the Hyatt for a press conference for Irwin Winkler’s Life as a House. Besides a stellar cast that features Kevin Kline, Mary Steenburgen and Kristin Scott Thomas, a lot of the media focus was on Toronto’s own Hayden Christensen who will play Anakin Skywalker in the next Star Wars.
The press conference for Joy Ride, which stars Leelee Sobieski, Paul Walker and Steve Zahn, was followed by a busy premiere schedule. We hit the red carpets for Life as a House, World Traveler, Joy Ride, Focus and In The Bedroom. Have fun looking at our Day 4 photos.
