American Music Award winners

Whoa. That was a long three hours.
If we learned anything tonight, it’s that Sean “P. Diddy” Combs should not host an awards show. No wonder J. Lo left him. He has no personality.
A lackluster telecast that meandered for three hours presented us with winners like Alicia Keys, who won both Favorite Pop/Rock New Artist and Favorite Soul/R&B New Artist, and the late Aaliyah, who won for both Favorite Soul/R&B Female Artist and Favorite Soul/R&B Album.
The show, co-hosted by Jenny McCarthy (who must be at 14:59 on the fame clock), also presented Michael Jackson with the Artist of the Century Award. Michael thanked his second father, Marlon Brando. Okay…
We have coverage and commentary.
