Halle fined

Golden Globe-winning actress Halle Berry was placed on three years probation and ordered to pay $13,500 in fines and penalties after pleading no contest on Wednesday to a misdemeanor charge of leaving the scene of a traffic accident in February. Berry must also perform 200 hours of community service and will have to make restitution as determined by the outcome of civil litigation.
