Two more years of coffee shops

The cast of Friends signed their new contracts on Sunday. They had asked for a million dollars a show each but this two year contract calls for the Friends – Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox Arquette, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer – to each make $750,000 for each of twenty-four episodes a year. They’ll also get a slightly larger share of the syndication back-end.
