Emmy ballot mistake

The Emmy Awards were feeling lonely. After all, the Academy Awards® had all that attention this year for their stolen Oscars® and missing ballots. Even the Source Hip-Hop Awards had a brawl. So mishaps had to happen to the Emmys.

There was already the Henry Winkler fiasco, but the gods needed something bigger, like a mud wrestling match between Camryn Manheim and Calista Flockhart.

Instead, they made the Emmy organizers forget to put Chris Rock’s nominated HBO special, Chris Rock: Bigger and Blacker, on the ballot. Luckily only 120 people vote on the category Rock is in, so getting new ballots out won’t bee too much of a struggle.

The Emmys will be handed out on September 10th. We’ll have the results for you then.
