Robert Downey Jr. has been arrested again.
The troubled actor was arrested early Tuesday morning in the LA suburb of Culver City on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was booked, given a urine test, and released into the custody of his parole agent.
After the arrest, producer David E. Kelley dropped Downey Jr. from his Golden Globe-winning role on Ally McBeal. In a statement Kelley said, “We are wrapping up the stories on the final few episodes of Ally McBeal for the season without him.”
