Finding Nemo’s father/son story was a big hit over the Father’s Day weekend. The fishy tale surfaced again to the number one spot over the weekend with an estimated $29.2 million. Last week’s number one flick, 2 Fast 2 Furious, sank 63% to second place, but still managed a weekend take of $19.1 million. The Jim Carrey comedy Bruce Almighty was third this weekend with $14.2 while Rugrats Go Wild, which features the voice of Bruce Willis, took in an estimated $12.5 million. Hollywood Homicide, the Harrison Ford/Josh Hartnett cop comedy, disappointed some with an $11.7 million weekend. The studio had been expecting $20 million.
