Halle files for divorce

Halle Berry has filed for divorce from R&B singer Eric Benet six months after they announced their separation.

Citing the always popular “irreconcilable differences”, the Oscar®-winning actress filed for her second divorce. Her first marriage, to baseball player David Justice, ended in 1996. She married Benet on January 24th, 2001, but the coupling was dogged by rumours of his infidelity.
