Mary-Kate Olsen is currently seeking help for a “health-related issue,” says her publicist, Michael Pagnotta. He also said that Mary-Kate “is thankful for the encouragement and support of her friends and family who are with her every step of the way.”

Though both of the now eighteen-year-old filthy-rich twins have been surrounded by speculation about eating and/or drug disorders, recent photos from the publicity for their first feature, New York Minute, showed that Mary-Kate was quite a bit skinnier than her already thin twin, Ashley.
