I see drunk people

Actor Haley Joel Osment, most famous for his role in The Sixth Sense, has been charged with drunk driving and pot possession. The charges stem from a July 20th crash where Osment’s blood alcohol level measured at .16 percent, twice the legal limit.

Osment will be arraigned Sept. 19 in Glendale Superior Court.
