Miscah Barton arrested for DUI

21-year-old actress Mischa Barton, known for her role on The O.C., was arrested early Thursday morning by LA County sheriff’s deputies. The newest member of the “Young, Famous and Stupid Club” was arrested for misdemeanor driving under the influence and driving under the influence.

Barton was taken into custody around 2:45 a.m. Her car had been straddling two lanes of traffic and she had failed to signal while making a turn. At news time, she was still being held in a West Hollywood jail on $10,000 bail.
