Britney Spears’ revolving door rehab

Britney Spears left a rehab clinic for the second time in less than a week, while estranged husband Kevin Federline arranged an emergency family court hearing on Thursday. Obviously Federline and his lawyers believe Spears’ recent actions will aid his fight for custody of the couple’s two children.

Spears, who shaved her head in a Tarzana salon over the weekend, exited the Promises Malibu Treatment Center less than a day after she checked herself in. This follows reports that she did the same thing at a rehab in the Caribbean over the weekend.
