Paris Hilton ordered back to court

Paris Hilton, who received an early release from jail due to an undisclosed medical situation, has been ordered back to court by the judge who sentenced her. Hilton must report to the court at 9 a.m.

This move also comes after the LA City Attorney’s office filed a petition asking whether Sheriff Lee Baca should be held in contempt of court for reassigning the sex tape star to house arrest after Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer’s sentence prohibited her from getting it. If nothing else, it should be an interesting jurisdictional battle between the judge and the sheriff.
