O.J. Simpson found guilty of armed robbery

O.J. Simpson and codefendant Clarence Stewart were found guilty late Friday night of all the charges — including armed robbery and kidnapping — which may see the former actor/football star serving a life sentence. Four others had previously plead guilty to lesser charges and testified for the prosecution. The case came after an incident where Simpson and five others tried to get some of Simpson’s sports memorabilia back from two dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room.
In a strange twist of fate, the verdict by the Las Vegas jury came thirteen years to the day when Simpson was acquitted of the murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman.
