Britney Spears gives up custody battle
Jul 18, 2008 by Ian Evans
The never ending drama that is Britney Spears’ recent life has managed to include one conclusion as the once popular singer and her ex-husband Kevin Federline have agreed on a custody arrangement for their two sons.
While Superior Court Commissioner Scott Gordon has not signed off on it yet, Fed-Ex’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, did let OK magazine know that the deal gave Federline full legal and physical custody of the two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James.
Spears is allowed monitored visits and the agreement will apparently increase her visitation rights.
