Charlie Sheen arrested on domestic violence allegations

Charlie Sheen was arrested Friday morning after officers responded to a 911 call in a ski resort town near Denver.

Sheen was booked for investigation of second-degree assault and menacing as well as criminal mischief. He was released after posting a $8,500 bond. According to the police department’s policy, the victim was not identified.

Sheen’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, issued a statement saying that, “It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion.”
