Johnny Hallyday admitted to LA hospital

Veteran French rock star and actor Johnny Hallyday has been admitted to hospital in Los Angeles , a spokesman confirmed Tuesday. The 66-year-old star, who has sold over 100 million albums, is suffering from a post-operative infection following a November surgery for a slipped disc.

According to a statement, “His condition is stable and he should come out of hospital in several days.”
