Mel Gibson headed for divorce court

Mel Gibson’s marriage of nearly 30 years is ending as his wife, Robyn, filed for divorce Monday.

Citing “irreconcilable differences”, a statement from the couple stated that “Throughout our marriage and separation we have always strived to maintain the privacy and integrity of our family and will continue to do so.”

The couple, who married in 1980, have seven children.
