Third time’s a charm for Wright and Penn

Apparently the third attempt at divorce for Sean Penn and Robin Wright looks like it’ll have sticking power. The couple, who were married in 1996 and filed for divorce and separation twice since then, headed towards the reverse altar for a third time on August 12th when Wright filled for divorce citing that old chestnut “irreconcilable differences.”

Court filings indicate they’ve already agreed how to split their assets and that they’ll share joint custody of their minor child, son Hopper Jack, 16. They also have an adult daughter, Dylan Francis, 18.
