Lindsay Lohan off to jail again

Lindsay Lohan’s three-year-old DUI case haunted her again this morning as a judge denied setting bail and ordered her to remain in jail until an October 22nd hearing after failing a drug test during her probation.

The fact that the judge ordered her into custody until the hearing diminishes the chances that the troubled actress may be released early for issues like overcrowding.
