Megan Fox, pictured here at the Toronto International Film Festival, is now a mom.

Transformers star Megan Fox and Beverly Hills, 90210 star Brian Austin Green used social media to announce te birth of their son, Noah Shannon Green,

Fox updated her Facebook profile, saying the baby boy was delivered on September 27th and describing him as “healthy, happy and perfect.”
