Glee’s Cory Monteith heads to rehab

Cory Monteith, seen here with girlfriend and Glee co-star Lea Michelle at the 2013 SAG Awards, has entered rehab.

A rep for Glee actor Cory Monteith announced Sunday that the actor has entered rehab. In a statement the rep said the actor “voluntarily admitted himself to a treatment facility for substance addiction. He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”

The 30-year-old actor was previously in rehab when he was 19.
