First trailer for Detroit released

Annapurna Pictures has released the first trailer for Oscar-winning director Kathryn Bigelow’s latest project, Detroit, which hits theatres on August 4th.

Starring John Boyega, the film is set upon the backdrop of Detroit in the summer of 1967, when a race riot and the response to it left 43 dead and over 1100 injured.
